is located in San Vicente, just across the bay from Casa Ceibo. With the new bridge across the Chone River, now connecting Bahía de Caráquez and San Vicente, travel time between this airport and the hotel is under 15 minutes. Los Perales Ariport is open for private and chartered planes, but with the new bridge providing a link between Manta and the northern coast, the Government of Ecuador is encouraging commercial service to Bahía in the near future.

By Car
• Route 1
From Quito to Mindo, Puerto Quito, Pedernales, Bahía de Caráquez.
• Route 2
From Quito to Santo Domingo, Pedernales, Bahía de Caráquez.
• Route 3
From Quito to Santo Domingo, El Carmen, Tosagua, Bahía de Caráquez.

Of course, travel by car is available from other cities in Ecuador, but Quito is cited here because it is home to the country’s major international airport.
