This business approach has been great for Ecuadorian vendors and service providers. As well, these choices have enabled the hotel to showcase what’s extraordinary about the country, and reflect the rich talents of a number of South American architects, artists, furniture makers and other who have contributed to its beauty and value.

When it comes to staffing Casa Ceibo, the hotel hires 98% of its first-rate employees from within the immediate region of Manabí. Casa Ceibo’s gold medal, award-winning chef, Hugo Jimenez, purchases food from the area’s farming and fishing communities to prepare the restaurant’s gourmet dishes and all its delicacies of the season.
